Honoring the entire person, Wilhelmina provides a safe space for people to explore the root of their pain, the situations that perpetuate their challenges, and solutions that will help them achieve their ultimate goals.
Wilhelmina has worked with hundreds of people in California and worldwide to meet their therapeutic goals. Her work specializes in the areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She has significant experience working with womxn, the BIPOC and LGBTQI community, and poly/non-monogamous people.
Through insight-oriented and somatic work, she believes in the co-created space to heal, thrive and emerge into the most liberated version of oneself. Wilhelmina values vulnerability, compassion, grace, empowerment, somatic, science, nature, and spirituality.
Wilhelmina is trained in KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy) through PRATI (Psychedelic Research and Training Institute) and MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy through MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies).
